Balloons.....

This picture just about sums up the feel of today. Took the kids out for one of the best, almost completely free days out and it's been hilarious.
We found a spy trail online to follow around Castlefield, it was great, the kids got really into the competitiveness of it and it was really good to walk round and look at places in our own city that we would never normally see. Then we went to the museum of science and industry, an old favourite for us. Had our packed lunch, with two Canadian geese keeping us company and sharing apple of all things!!
Afterwards we decided to get back on the tram into Bury, and we had fun messing about in the art gallery as they had costumes and wigs.....yes my lot are very easily amused.....we're home now and enjoying being back in the warm, watching MUFC beat Swansea.....so far......
