Swim, bike, err, no run...

Lazy start to the day and some unfortunate gurglings courtesy of my exuberance with the chilli last night. Oops! :-/

After brecky, a ride on Buckinghamshire's finest lanes, coffee and some bike porn (thanks to the guys at @ten-point).

As if the day wasn't exciting enough, the afternoon brought some paddling back and forth at Wycombe Rye. A bit of a grey day for it, but hey - still splendid to be swimming outdoors!

After that, much fun with B and E, involving bubbles and sketches and the Ninky Nonk and Plinky Plonk. All quiet now as they're having a bath upstairs, whilst C and I consume wine. Great day!
