Earlier in the week I heard a crunch as I walked up my path, an unfortunate snail had managed to pick the wrong time for an outing, so when I saw this tiny snail today, I thought I'd capture it for posterity. It was tiny, about the quarter of the size of a penny, but perfectly formed and in tact... for now...
