This year's ' Wee Ferry'

Here come the Tweens; picked up at Scotch Corner and whisked through decreasing winds and rains to arrive at Ardrossan for their trip to Arran.

This year the number of sailings on the Brodick / Ardrossan route has been doubled and the 'extra' ferry is the former queen of the route, The Isle of Arran, reminding us of how tiny she was compared to the current boat, and how uncomfortable.

So they are here for their fortnight of the Cottage. Watch this space!
