But Would It Kill Me?

Lots of mushrooms are popping out over the last week or so. I was going to take a picture of one last Saturday but by the time I got my camera out it had gone so something must have thought it tasty. I wonder how the animals know which ones are poisonous when they haven't got a mushroom book to refer to?
