Inked for the love of birds. (@inkednaturalist)

This is Tristan, the inked Naturalist. He gave an absolutely stunning talk to a packed crowd today about his personal conservation campaign at the Rutland Birdfair. If you haven't guessed he's having a series of tattoos depicting birds of conservation concern from Turkey. He's raised a lot of money for work out in Turkey and he's also planning some significant sponsored walks.

We sat and had a drink afterwards and there were people lining up to shake his hand - which Tristan couldn't understand. But most people used the word inspiring and not just for the tattoos!

I blipped him in back in November 2011 and also recorded a short video.
