Seaside in the city

Busy day today - Lottie had a birthday party to go to this morning which she really enjoyed. Then we went straight into town - for the second year running the council has arranged 'Seaside in the City'. It was really good last year so we wanted to go again and have plans for tomorrow so it had to be today.

The weather wasn't as nice but it stayed mainly dry and there were plenty of people about enjoying the fun. We packed plenty in - helter skelter, craft, pedaloes, a donkey ride and a play on the beach.

We just got home as the heavens opened!

An evening of sport now - watching the Solheim Cup at the moment, shortly to be followed by the first Match of the Day of the season, a first day win for Liverpool, let's hope it continues!
