Raspberry Ruffle Cheesecake - It tasted so good!

I looked after Charis for a bit this morning, then headed into town for a wee dander before work.

My World Police and Fire Games Photobook arrived this morning, so I've also spent a good part of my day showing it to people. I love how it turned out, thank you Tesco Photo!

After work, Amanda picked me up and we headed to Blue Chicago for dinner. It was lovely to have a catch up and reminisce about the games. It was weird not seeing her all week, after seeing her every day at the games. We've decided to make it a monthly thing and go to see The Belfast Giants when the ice hockey season starts at the end of the month. I look forward to it!
