Black Crowned Night Heron

Another beautiful sunny day today when we visited the McKenzie Marsh. The water there was very low, the lowest I have seen it. We need some rain soon as everything is very dry and the water levels very low. There were a couple of blue herons out fishing, a few ducks and turtles and one black crowned night heron. A new addition to the marsh.
