Riga Day

We are lucky enough to be here on Riga Day, they are celebrating the 812th year of the city, the local park was full of traditional food stalls and musicians, bubble blowers, ice cream stalls, dancing, artists etc!! We wandered around enjoying the sights and them went to soundcheck and rehearsal with Melo M a cello trio and drummer, they had written arrangements to 3 of my songs, after that Gustavs took us to the river beach and then to Lido a Latvian buffet restaurant, I've never seen so much food on offer in one place!!!!!
The show was amazing, I loved performing the songs with Melo M, it made a great change, I also performed another later set without them for the clubbier crowd which was also great fun, they especially loved Tears by the Freemasons!
