The next band

Two ladies, one older, one middle aged, were sitting closer to the waterfront and the statue we went to see. Sitting in their camp chairs facing the sea, both bent over their needlework, their backs turned to the square and the stage further away. The older one raised her head as we walked by, smiled to us and asked if we are Finnish. "I though I recognized your language." "The next band is really good," she continued, "You'll have to stay and listen to it, you will like it." "They are young but very energetic."
