A few blackberries...

... short of a crumble - an apple and blackberry crumble or pie with lashings of custard or vanilla ice cream - hmmmm! Well I can dream can't I? I discovered this little group of blackberries this morning when I went out to feed the birds - they obviously haven't discovered them yet or the ripe ones would have been gone by now. I'm hoping they'll leave me just this handful so I can eventually make my dream of a crumble or a pie come true!
