Skull jewellery

My wife was suddenly taken to hospital with a brain aneurism that required immediate surgery. She was extraordinarily brave to have under gone the operation but felt the extra jewellery added to her head didn't exactly improve her image.
I know this photo is somewhat gruesome but life can be like that sometimes. I was grateful to the Surgeon performing the operation and was informed by the nursing staff that she was the youngest neurosurgeon in Australia. She had endeavored to minimize the loss of hair so I know my wife will be pleased.
