breakfast, bicycles and the beach

Today's experiences were breakfast, bicycles and the beach. The puppies excelled themselves laying down nicely to chomp on their beef jerky while we ate breakfast sitting outside the cafe next to a children's play area. Screaming children, scooters and bicycles didn't bother them at all. Emily was a bit scared hiding behind my legs when we met big dogs but ended up wagging her tail and having a friendly sniff. Over the road to the beach which they loved. Very windy, good salty smells and seaweed to chew. Storm was interested in the sea but it was too rough and sloping for a paddle so we will save that for a sandier beach at low tide. They looked very funny with their ears standing up in the breeze. After a bit of digging in the shingle they were tired out. Another good day.
