Corny but sweet!

This summer has been great for the allotment and Tony's sweetcorn is rivalling the Green Giant's! We have a cupboard full of jams from the berries and I've just produced the first batch of tomato soup for my winter lunches. I'm looking forward to apple and blackberry pie shortly too.

The most recent development in the allotment is Tony's Pond and we're hoping that, when finished, it will encourage more wildlife in to act as organic methods of control. Maybe the toad in the greenhouse will be the first to enjoy it!
