Nijmegen 4daagse 2009 - preparation

Just like last year did the 4daagse 160km (4x40) walk.

This is the Sunday, we just hung out and did not much.

Watching this made me aware of the differences with the UK - nobody screaming Health and Safety, just getting the job done without having to wait for a ladder to be available...
