Red Dragon

I think this is a Ruddy Darter, either that or a Common Darter. I found him sitting on this twig while we were out for a walk in the nature reserve, he was very patient and let me take several shots but I thought this one showed him off to his best. There were lots of other things to see and making a choice was tough today. I almost blipped this Painted Lady Butterfly but didn't like the bits of grass in front of it. I am stupidly trying to blip and cook, so I may take a while to catch up with my comments, please bear with me because it's either that or burnt dinner again!! :-)))
