Frome Sprint Triathlon

So it was an early start up at 5am and at the sports centre for 5.30am it was go, go, go getting rope up for the finish area, sorting registration.

Then off to the pool to get things set up there, swim 9 waves of swimmers and then 9 starts by 10.20am all 180 swimmers were done and out the pool.

Pack up the pool area and then off to help dish out goodie bags and cheer on the competitors!

Then pack up once the prize giving was done and finally home by 1pm!

What a morning, loads of positive feedback from competitors and marshals, the dd bit negative comment to work on for next year.
