Batts of gorgeousness

I began the day knitting and I end the day knitting! Fab!

I had a leisurely breakfast with the parentals and then off to The Guild Meeting in West Kilbride at The Barony. I spun some new merino silk, I made a weaved a CD decoration, I had lovely lunch and great chats and I had a play with the guild's drum carder. Oh my goodness - what fun.

These batts are from merino/silk, alpaca and some flashes of loveliness from Innes. Innes also gave me a couple of silk hankies to spoon. They will go with the merino/silk I have on a bobbin already.

Such a lovely, happy, productive and relaxed afternoon.

I returned to my island a happy bunny and settled straight back into my new life.

Life is good.
