Kendall Katwalk

We has a spectacular hike today near Snoqualmie Pass. This is the Katwalk -- a narrow path that is hundreds of feet up on the side of a cliff. While the Katwalk was the destination, the entire hike was wonderful because of its variety. We walked part of the Pacific Crest Trail through old-growth forests, avalanche slopes, wild-flower meadows and across places where one has amazing vistas.

As spectacular as this 10+ mile hike was, I have to admit that I was bone weary at the end of the day.
