Christmas and Birthday!

15 of family Hugankiss, representing 4 Generations, gathered here today to celebrate Christmas and a Birthday.

The oldest member of the family (my Mum, centre front) will be 90 this week. The youngest here, Isabelle - you can just see her feet - is 4 1/2 months old.

There is a younger member Emmalie who at 16 weeks wasn't able to attend, along with 12 others who were absent due to work or distance.

With so many in the family, rather than all getting together at Christmas, we celebrate in the summer instead.

The sun shone,
Wine was taken,
Food was eaten,
Crackers were pulled,
and presents exchanged.

And a damn good time was had by all!!

My cracker motto read:

A. Some day my prints will come!!
