Harvest Time

It is harvest time in our household tonight. All fresh from the garden.
Along with the rib eye we are having these beet roots and, red onions for our dinner tonight.
The peas are for instant freezing, each one laid individually on a tray, and the white onion is for my brother in law's dinner tomorrow.
