Oh my god they've eaten all the cake!

In response to Kay's concerned cry, Roland responded: 'I don't think so. I'm sure there will be more indoors. I know what this choir is like. They should be called Sing with Cake rather than Sing with Pride.

Had a lovely afternoon with the gang from the choir, some partners and some mums too, over at Bacton on the Norfolk coast. Steve, one of the bass singers, lives about five minutes from the beach and made us all very welcome. Everyone brought food and drink to share and a fab time was had by all.

Kay, who you see in this photo, has sung with us in the past and will probably do so again in the future.

After the afternoon on the beach it was time for uke rehearsal in preparation for our performance at Folk East next Sunday. We'll be fine.
