Simon the Diamond

This is my old friend and golf companion, Simon. I usually added “the Diamond” during our rounds to make him nervous, though it did not always work. I’m out of the game until my shoulder is fixed, but he certainly isn’t. We met at some friend’s place for dinner this evening, and he was all smiles. He had had his best round even at Lausanne Golf Club this morning. He was one under after 9, but ended up with 5 over. Not bad for a 12 handicapper.
