I'm a big fan of supporting things I get a lot out of. Take blipfoto for example - paying to be a member helps keep the site ad-free and continuously improved-upon.

And the same goes for Strava. I've used it for a year now so this morning I upgraded from the free version. And it's ace, the perfect combo for my Wahoo heart monitor and the Strava app.

I went for my second 'long run' today and ran 14 miles without stopping. In the FiveFingers. I'm justa little bit happy with myself for that.
