Time stands still

This was the title of the special chamber music concert I attended today at our local castle chapel.
Music by John Dowland. A real leap in time experience, especially as one of the performers (who's also our vocal coach at the choir I'm a member of) came dressed in period clothing, as you can see here.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a better, less grainy picture, as I didn't want to use a flash during the performance.
It was her and another of our choir sopranos (a mezzo soprano) who sang and there was also a guitar player accompaning them and playing some pieces instrumental, too. Pieces originally written for lute but rearrenged for guitar.
