When it was our silver wedding anniversary our good friends Jim and Jean bought us a rose called "Silver Wedding Anniversary". I've not looked after it and it didn't like our soil. Today I have moved it into a tub matching Milo's rose. It has been fed and watered and cut down to encourage some new growth. Fingers crossed that it now regrows.

The carpet washed yesterday is still looking stained but it might be fainter.

Thank you to all of the offers of more carpets to wash but I have enough of my own
