Looking upside down

Isle of May

This has to be one of the most amazing experiences of my life. To get here is a natural harbour where arrival time depends on the tides.

What got me was it felt that the birds were tolerating me. I asked why so many of the puffins had eels in their mouths. the rangers reply was that they were waiting for me to go, so that the humans did not know where their holes were.

Truly amazing day.
