Sweet and sour red snapper!

Today we cooked red snapper for dinner. I wish the weekend is not over yet as I needed more time off to rest my feet and colds.
This is the worst gout I ever had and the pain will not go away. After liters of liters of water and medication I'm finally walking better but the pain is still there.
