Reflecting
I've had a marvelous summer Sunday with my daughter and son in Seattle, all by public transportation and on foot. The highlight was a delicious brunch at Seattle Art Museum and time afterward exploring the many fascinating exhibits there, followed by a visit to Fran's Chocolates, right across the street -- one of the top chocolatiers in this country.
And yes, I did buy a few whiskey truffles and a few others to share with Phil.
I didn't take a camera today, relying on my iPhone -- a skill I need to develop, as is posting my blip from my phone, too -- which I'm doing right now, while listening to podcasts of Garrison Keillor's "The News From Lake Woebegone" to drown out some loud conversations on the bus. I feel very modern!
