Aubergines

Bit of a dull blip today. Had hoped to have a nice long sleep to recover from yesterday, but despite being totally exhausted it didn't happen. At least that meant I was up early and got quite a few things done that have been waiting for a while. Also quite productive in the kitchen, including producing a rather tasty veggie moussaka/lasagne thing.
