Monday and walking. Just LOVE Mondays and the chance to check out G’s boots for mutton fat. No fat…curses.
It was pretty hard to think Winter today and My Friend Peter was in evidence too, supporting that thought by not going skiing and muttering a lot. 14 c is nicely warm and sno goes all funny The Boss says. Altho it will be a bit cooler “up the mountain”
This tree was just near where we assembled to get starting instructions from Granny (acycling granny) our leader and The Boss spotted this tree sprouting Spring colour so Phoned it. (Note new use of language here. Copyright “The Boss” and all rights reserved etc.) I was securely in the back of Suzz with my safety harness on so The Boss decided you could all have a rest from ME after such a rollicking response to “Style” yesterday. Man it was really noisy with all that barking goin on.
Makes me think of a song title.

The Annual Wanaka SeniorNet Photographic Competition is held in September so The Boss is now flat out setting up the files for this as entries start to roll in. He says that if he remembers in the panic that will be September (details revealed later) he will post a link to the results.
