Puzzled

One of my coworkers has quite an extensive collection of rubix cube type puzzles (20+) and keeps a bunch in his drawer at work. As a result, a puzzle epidemic has started in the office. Almost every person, including my boss, has a puzzle on their desk, and the sound of shifting cubes now fills the office! I solved the 2x2x2 cube, so my coworker handed me the monstrosity pictured above. I made very little progress on it :)
