Bye Bye Babies

After 10 days of tailing out the weaners, keeping their bellies full and getting them ready for sale- it was with great relief that we watched them go this afternoon. 323 of them trucked to Winton and that's a decent lessening of the numbers for our drought affected property. We are luckier than many as we still have some grass, but everything is hot and dry and dusty....and it's still officially winter. Go figure!
