Straw house

I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down.
Maybe that's how it used to be but today we were introduced to a new way of building here in San Jose Del Cabo. Straw which is then covered with lime paste.
The finished result is pretty amazing, it works well here where rainfall is low and the sun shines all year long.
