A Mystery

I'm wandering further afield as I get my "sea legs" back and I caught this out of the corner of my eye as I was heading somewhere else. I pulled a U turn and snapped off a couple quick shots.

The mystery??? I don't have a clue what it is other than very big. Anybody?
