Here's the bed and your breakfast is in the river!!

My third mini walk in three days, so I'm feeling rather smug:-) This one was with a friend following the path to Glen Taitneach, near Spittal of Glenshee. The scenery was fantastic and the weather very kind to us, so perfect conditions for a gentle walk.

We sat on a wooden slatted bridge across the river (not much water at present) to have our picnic lunch and noticed this bed frame just abandoned there. Who on earth could have carried it to this lonely spot and why?

Coffee and cake at the Glenshee Pottery on the way home probably undid all the good work, but it was delicious, so what's a girl to do?!!
