The unbearable lightness of seeing

Today we visited Cape Town's Eco Garden, which was stunning, with beaded animals integrated into the plants; South Africa has a real knack for creativity. This picture is the beginning of what I hope to be more success using manual focus, and I have to say I'm pretty satisfied with the results. I also went for dinner with Karin Dudley, Cape Town's darling and creator of The Kitchen, whose unbelievable vivacity and passion for both food and making everything around her beautiful was so inspiring. A day spent seeing beautiful things.
