Beautiful Sky

Spent most of the day in the park within the childrens' play area with the Grandchildren. Jumping, climbing, chasing and swinging on the bars, and that was only me. After returning Isla and Alfie to their parents, dash home for a quick change into running gear for a three plus mile run with the group.

As we go through life, we naturally learn, through experience, what we can do, and what we can't. But we have to make a conscious effort to focus on the 'can' rather then the 'can't'.
