A good day, but longer than I'd planned. We had lunch with the SA and I bought some more train tickets and generally did 'stuff'.

Amazing e-mail today forwarded from a King family connection. It was from my mother's first cousin who is 78 and lives in Canada. No-one had heard from her for ages and my mother wasn't even sure if she was still alive. Amazing that t'internet.

My kitchen is pretty much finished. The new splashback is in and the new window and door. Still a lot of things to put away though. Feels never ending.
