Phone

Just the one photo today - and luckily it came out ok. I thought it was Paul's new phone, but turns out that he was using his old one at this point. I expect the new one will appear soon.

I had a bit of a light-bulb moment today, which probably won't make much sense to anyone else but I'm writing it down all the same. I think I am beginning to understand that the thoughts that I chase round my head all the time - the ones that tell me I'm not good enough - are just thoughts. They aren't the real me - I can shut them up if I want to - I just didn't realise that before. Quite an eye-opener, I can tell you.
