Car bomb

Met this family in the museum this afternoon. They've only lived in the USA for about a year, and their English is not yet fully developed. They were looking for directions.

He got into his car in Baghdad, and someone remotely detonated a bomb. Lived through it but minus his legs. It has been a long journey, he says, but he can sort of walk now with the help of crutches.

Its controversial, but I'm pretty sure there were no winners in the invasion of Iraq.
