Pure on Raw

Today we went on a little journey to a place in Sheffield. It's not in the centre but just off the A 61 in the north east side of Sheffield. It's a raw food cafe and the food is delicious. We had to take my brothers ramp to get him over the doorstep in the wheelchair but once inside there was plenty of room. That is the owner behind the counter and she is a great example of health and energy from the raw food lifestyle.

No toilet for him but we went to Costco which is quite close afterwards where they have one.

They send out food by courier and also have classes on how to make raw food.
