Yes folks, I'm about to switch on the mobile sauna machine again, I've got the windows open, the cats are about to be banished to the garden and I'm digging out a pair of disreputable shorts as soon as I've finished this cuppa and listened to last nights 'Archers'.....I may live (or possibly not) to regret this......
