Nigella in bud

Just interesting. I was busy taking in the deep blue of the spikey flowers and then noticed the buds - they were like something from a sci-fi movie. Wierd.

The day....well it did rain again, in bucketfulls, but not for too long....just enough as to spoil the day and dampen our spirits. Again!
