Made by a local artist titled 'Otter prints on Calgary Beach.

Basically the artist has taken a piece of Stainless Steel and 'beaten it'. The steel was then coated in sand and shell to make the finished item look like a section of beach with otter prints running across it. If looked at closely bird prints can be spotted.
