40k Ride ... in the rain

Tonight's training with the tri club started off fine as I rode to Bathgate to meet the others. Then it started pissing it down raining, I crashed down a massive pot hole, got lost and then realised I had a flat.

After we had changed the inner tube the ride was great through the hills to Torphicen, over to and round Beecraigs, Ecclesmachan, back up to the top, Dechmont and home. 41K and 5 good hills in there. A sprint home on the flat bit back home and then a quick run to get used to that "running on someone else's legs" feeling.
