M.Peterson & Son

This is a blip from the industrial history of the company M. Peterson & Son in Moss, as well from the houses where the workers lived with their families for generations . The Company was founded around 1800 based from trade with timber, building and operating ships, iron works to production of cellulose sulfate and paper. Today its all gone. Only the remaining buildings left. It`s sad to see how things go away when owners and management don`t have the competence or posibility to change goals and strategies to defend and develop their company along with changing markets, competition and challenging oportunities. The industrial site has today got new land owners with quite another business strategy.
