Dirty Stinking Bins

Bins, and more importantly bin men are a hot topic in Edinburgh.
Currently on a Work to Rule (basically a go slow) basis at the moment has left many houses, businesses and street litter bins left overflowing with rubbish.
To the most part the council is doing it's best, but the streets of Edinburgh are a midden at the moment.
I just wish they'd sort it all out!
