This is turning out to be a
whistle stop tour...
Stags' Leap Winery today
after an interesting stay in
a quite bizarre B&B stuck
in the 60s with shag pile
carpet, pink powder room
and quite the scariest bath
and shower curtain combo,
all that was missing was
the knitted poodle toilet
roll cover !
But , lovely wines and an
interesting tour in one of
the surprisingly old houses
on the estate .Lots of talk
of the Prohibition and
it even had its own speakeasy
which reminded me of that
time in Bahrain and Bugsy
